Before you submit
- Do not delete suspicious emails, logs or files unless advised by your response team.
- Disconnect affected devices from the network if ransomware or malware is suspected.
- Change passwords from a clean device after confirming account compromise.
- Keep a timeline of what happened and who was contacted.
